Bouquets & Balloons was founded in 1988, and started
providing innovative and exquisite floral designs for weddings, corporate
events, banquets and other parties. In 1991, we branched out
into Balloon Designs and began providing full decorative services for
Trade Shows, Proms, Weddings and other large events. In 1993,
Bouquets & Balloons became a Charter Member of the Qualatex Balloon Network.
In 1994 Cheryl completed a comprehensive certification
program and earned her Certified Balloon Artist recognition. This earned
her the title of First Certified Balloon Artist in the State of Oregon.
Cheryl is a staff member of the International Balloon Arts Convention and has
been since 1994. She was the past President of the Greater Oregon Balloon
Association.
Bouquets & Balloons continues to stay on
the cutting edge of Balloon Artistry through continual educational classes and
conventions around the country, as well as industry videos and a strong network
association with other Balloon Artists throughout the World. The main
focus of Bouquets & Balloons has always been and continues to be Quality
State of the Art Floral and Balloon Decorating with a strong emphasis on
Customer Service, Dependability and Professionalism under all circumstances.

Dear Cheryl; YOU'RE TERRIFIC!!! The
lactation conference is now behind us. It was nine months in the
making and was a great success! Thanks for your part in helping it
to be as successful as it was. First, thanks for agreeing at very
late notice to even do this job. Our balloons looked great, the
