Bouquets & Balloons creates decor with style - for all occasions.  We provide an on-site professional decorating service utilizing unique, custom and classic balloon decor along with other design elements such as floral, signage, fabric, and lighting to create the perfect atmosphere for your special event.  Bouquets & Balloons is owned by Oregon's First Certified Balloon Artist.
