We have a variety of different colors and styles to choose from!  From our bold 18 inch and larger Mylar balloons to our 11 inch and 16 inch latex balloons.  They come treated with Hi-float, filled with helium and are hand delivered to their doorstep or Hospital room with bright colored curly ribbon flowing beneath.

Note:  Portland area Hospitals do not allow Latex balloons due to Latex allergies.  An all Mylar arrangement would be recommended for the Hospital delivery.  You can have the mylar and Latex balloons send to their home.

Substitutions

Bouquets & Balloons aims to provide customers with the specific balloons shown on our site, with a minimum of substituting.  We are at the Manufaturers mercy since they choose which balloons that they will discontinue.   Substituting may on occasion be necessary, but we will do everything in our power to minimize this inconvience.
